Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts:
- 7:00am – 3:30pm

About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Measham. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products while ensuring all warehouse processes are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately check, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming goods.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly to management.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and other departments.
- Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Assist with stock takes and regular cycle counts, including occasional overtime or weekend work when required.
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse facility.
- Process returned goods in line with company procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
- Operate materials handling equipment where authorised and trained.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your designated work area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's warehouse experience, including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
- Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous; SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Good level of physical fitness, as manual handling and lifting are required as part of the role.
Desirable Skills
- Flexi Truck or Forklift experience.
- Valid MHE/Forklift licence (training can be provided for suitable candidates).
