We are currently recruiting for experienced and competent FLT Drivers to join our client who is based in Ellistown, Leicestershire on a temp to perm basis on their Night Shift! The role involves the safe loading and unloading of goods, accurate picking, and ensuring all loads are securely stacked and stored.
Working hours: 19.00pm – 03.30am Monday to Friday
Excellent benefits once permanent including bonuses!
FLT Driver Duties:
- Safely operate a forklift truck to unload goods
- Stack and store goods securely
- Check and ensure all loads are safe and stable
- Accurately pick orders
- Stack and manage empty pallets
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Undertake ad hoc outdoor work as required
FLT Drivers Requirements:
- Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
- Previous pallet network experience would be advantageous
- Experience using scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding health and safety practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
