We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to join a busy clinic in Derby. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Duties include:
- Managing appointments and diary
- Answering calls and handling enquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Following up new patient enquiries
- Greeting patients and taking payments
- General reception and admin support
Hours:
- Mon: 3:30pm–9:15pm
- Tue: 2:30pm–6:15pm
- Wed: 2:30pm–8:15pm
- Thu: 2:30pm–6:15pm
- Fri: 2:30pm–8:15pm (Overtime available)
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional and organised

- Previous reception/customer service experience preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
