We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to join a busy clinic in Derby. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing appointments and maintaining the clinic diary
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Following up new patient enquiries and converting them into bookings
- Greeting patients and handling payments
- Supporting general reception and administrative tasks
Hours:
- Tuesday: 9:30am–1:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:15am–1:30pm
- Thursday: 9:30am–1:30pm
- Friday: 9:15am–1:30pm
- (Monday off, with occasional overtime available)
About you:
- Friendly, professional and well organised
- Confident communicating in person and over the phone
- Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
- Good standard of spoken and written English
Experience:
Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
