Platinum People are recruiting for 5 x HGV Class 2 Drivers at our client in Wetherby. NEW PASSES CONSIDERED.

Duties HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • Manual delivery of kegs to store rooms/cellars of pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos etc.
  • All vehicles are pre-loaded and routes pre-planned, 2 man delivery teams with a driver's mate for assistance.
  • Monday-Friday shift pattern 06:00 start.
  • Average 12-14 drops daily with average shift length between 8-10 hours.
  • Full induction including manual handling training given (paid after 2 weeks).

Requirements HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • Valid driving licence cat C.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for safe driving.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.

Pay HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • ~£17.82 ph - Monday-Friday - Including holiday pay.
  • ~ Temp to perm available.
