We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives (7.5T Driver) to join our highways team working across the Warwickshire road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily.
Working in a two-person crew, you'll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, operating a 7.5t vehicle and hotbox while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements:- Valid HGV Licence (7.5t)
- Previous tarmacing experience
- £185 per day (CIS) or Umbrella
- Ongoing work across the Warwickshire highways network
- Work as part of a reliable reactive maintenance team
Successful applicants must attend a full-day induction (paid), including health & safety briefing and mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
