We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives (7.5T Driver) to join our highways team working across the Lincolnshire road network.
Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work
Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Working in a two-person crew, you'll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, operating a 7.5t vehicle and hotbox while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Licence (7.5t)
- NRSWA (Street Works)
- Ongoing work across the Lincolnshire highways network
- Successful applicants must attend a full-day induction (paid), including health & safety briefing and mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
