Platinum People are recruiting for 2 x temp to perm ADR Tanker Driver for our client in Skipton.
Job Role:
- Handling/Delivering hazardous chemicals on both articulated curtain side and tanker vehicles throughout our customer network within the UK.
- Following all Health and Safety rules and procedures, including wearing of PPE as and when required for loading/unloading.
- Complete all necessary legal documentation to required standard.
- Loading/unloading vehicles with a fork lift truck.
- Loading/unloading tankers using pumps.
- Washing out tankers and IBCs.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Yard/warehouse duties as and when not covering for holidays/absences.
- Nights out will also be required.
Pay:
- £26.20 Pay ADR Tanker Driver.
- £15.80 or £17.71 with rolled up holiday pay Monday-Friday.
- Increase after 6 months probation period.
- Anything worked before 08:00 or after 17:00 is paid at time and half.
- Time and half after 8 hrs daily.
- £23.70 or £26.56 rolled up holiday pay.
- Position is temp to perm. Fulltime after 12 weeks.
Requirements:
- ADR Tanker Driver CE Licence, ADR licence, digi card and CPC card.
- Maximum 6 points on licence.
- 2 years experience.
