Platinum People are recruiting for a Highways Reactive Supervisor across the Midlands. This will be a site based role with regional travel.
Job Role:
- Supervise reactive highway maintenance including pothole repair, patching, minor civils, kerbing, ironwork and drainage clearance.
- Plan, allocate and brief crews and sub-contractors daily.
- Ensuring right people, materials and traffic management are in place before work starts.
- Lead by example on Health & Safety.
- Carry out dynamic risk assessments.
- Monitor quality and workmanship and liaise professionally with clients and highway authority representatives.
Pay rate:
£230-£250 daily depending on experience (CIS/Umbrella) - Contracted to 10 hour day.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS card.
- NRSWA Street Works Supervisor.
