Platinum & Partners is conducting a search for a Systematic Portfolio Manager on behalf of a top-tier multi-strategy platform. We are representing this search exclusively.
This search is for one profile only: a PM with a current, verified, multi-strategy track record.
What we're looking for:
- Live track record — running capital now or within the last 12 months
- Sharpe ratio of 1.0+ sustained over 3+ years, with controlled drawdowns
- Scalable strategy — capacity to run meaningfully more capital on the same edge
- Systematic methodology: data-driven, rules-based, repeatable
- Open to pod moves, platform changes or new capital allocation
We are not able to progress candidates who:
- have been out of the market for more than 12-18 months, cannot evidence live P&L attribution, or whose track record pre-dates 2021.
Base salary: Highly competitive + P&L-linked bonus structure
