Our client is a leading financial services firm based in London specialising in structured products, asset securitisation and investment technology solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled SPV Structurer with CLN’s experience who must have sell side experience to join their London team, focusing on structured credit solutions with a strong emphasis on Credit-Linked Notes (CLNs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and execute SPV-based credit solutions, including Credit-Linked Notes (CLNs) and other structured credit products.
  • Work closely with institutional investors, asset managers and banks to develop tailored structured credit transactions.
  • Optimise securitisation structures by ensuring efficient capital treatment and risk management.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance and risk teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and credit risk developments to enhance product offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end transaction process, from structuring and documentation to execution and post-trade support.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in structured credit, securitisation or structured products within a financial institution.
  • Strong technical expertise in Credit-Linked Notes (CLNs) and broader structured credit solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) structures, credit risk transfer mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of executing complex credit transactions and working with institutional clients.
  • Strong financial modeling, structuring and documentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with investment banks, asset managers or specialised credit structuring teams.
