This is a unique opportunity to work on institutional credit markets globally, specialising in high yield, emerging markets, distressed, and corporate bonds. The desk's agency-driven approach ensures impartial advice, deep market connectivity, and client-focused execution — giving you the platform to maximise revenue and grow your portfolio.
Opportunities Available:
- Head of Fixed Income Sales & Trading – Milan: Lead and build the Milan desk from the ground up. Excellent base + bonus, with full support to establish a market-leading team.
- Senior Fixed Income Salespeople: Covering Italy, France, German-speaking regions, LatAm, Benelux/Nordics, Switzerland, Emerging Markets, and other strategic territories.
Who we’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years of institutional fixed income experience, ideally with a proven track record of consistent revenue generation.
- Candidates based in Milan or open to relocation.
