Platinum Eco Services Ltd is a growing business providing specialist and cost-effective improvements to homes across the UK, from energy-efficient upgrades to full park home refurbishments. As we grow, we\’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Projects team.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in Project Management and delivery with a focus on Low Carbon Insulation, Refurbishments and Renewable Technologies.
Your Role: What You\’ll Be Doing
You\’ll begin by learning the foundations, from how our systems work to how we communicate with teams and clients, and over time, take ownership of key project support tasks. You\’ll be a vital bridge between our project managers, installers, and back-office functions.
Starting Responsibilities (Foundation Phase)
- Answering incoming calls and emails and logging updates in our internal CRM
- General admin support across projects and operations
- Learning the core systems and project workflow
Core Responsibilities (Progressive Phase)
- Assisting Project Managers on both Government funded and privately sold projects
- Confirming jobs with customers and installer teams
- Help to grow and maintain our Google 5* reputation by providing excellent customer service through all channels of communication and project delivery
- Assisting with Planning, coordinating and overseeing Surveyor & Installer diaries and work schedules.
- Issuing PO\’s, monitoring team communications and building strong relationships
- Assist in preparing budgets, based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs in order to meet budget and maintain given profit margins
- Assisting in ordering materials for projects, and managing logistics. This will include allocating stock from our adjoining warehouse
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Support the Project Managers in providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Preparing template quotations, issuing invoices, taking customer payments
