Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Arrange vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers
- Explain recommended repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Co‑ordinate with Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
- Liaise with, and accountable to, the Service Manager and Aftersales Manager
Experience:
- Previous experience as a service advisor is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous and will aid you in the role
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
