We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our busy and friendly Sales Team at our Platinum Hyundai & Suzuki dealerships in Swindon. This is a fantastic role for a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient administrative support.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the department. You’ll be responsible for the administration of new, used, and demonstrator vehicles, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team
  • Process invoices for new and used vehicles
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation is accurate and completed efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date records and systems
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners where required
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
