Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join our experienced maintenance team.
The Role
As a Multi-skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building systems across our clients' site in Kensington, London. You’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on Electrical/Mechanical plant and building systems.
- Working on HVAC systems, pumps, valves, fan coil units, and other building services equipment.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs to maintain uptime and performance.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory and company standards.
- Collaborating with electrical engineers and site teams to deliver a first-class maintenance service.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 17:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
- Conduct repairs and ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical plant and equipment.
- Service air conditioning (AC) and fan coil units (FCU), among other tasks.
- Tap Temperature testing.
- Accurately update and maintain maintenance logs.
- Report any issues and provide relevant updates promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2-3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance – Essential.
26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays. Employer pension contributions of 3%. Overtime opportunities. Progression opportunities.
