Mechanical Supervisor or M&E Maintenance Supervisor or Supervisor
Are you an Mechanical Supervisor who possesses a keen eye for detail?
We have a fantastic opportunity at our Hammersmith location, conveniently situated near Hammersmith Tube Station. Drive excellence through your management and coordination skills, ensuring exceptional engineering maintenance works from the team.
Paramount tasks will involve timely completion of all assignments, upholding the utmost high quality standards, and adhering to allocated budgets.
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week,split shift from 7:00am -16:00pm / 08:00am – 17:00pm.
General Duties include (not limited to) :
- Establish and maintain and liaise with clients ensuring requirements are understood and met.
- Supervise all staff, both directly employed and subcontract to ensure all works are being carried out to the expected high standard.
- Raise orders and quotes for services delivered by contractors.
- Monitor contract day-to-day performance, escalating any problems as appropriate.
- Completing PPMs and reactive remedial works in a commercial environment.
- Maintain all electrical assets, plant and equipment.
- Reporting and updating maintenance logs accurately.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements :
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 Mechanical, equivalent –Essential.
- Experience of Facilities maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment and plant (generators, switchgear, controls, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
- Knowledge of and experience in BMS/ Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS.
- Supervisory experience –Essential.
