Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our experienced maintenance team on one of London’s most prestigious residential complexes.

The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building systems across our clients’ sites. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and building systems.
  • Working on HVAC systems, pumps, valves, fan coil units, and other building services equipment.
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs to maintain uptime and performance.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory and company standards.
  • Collaborating with electrical engineers and site teams to deliver a first-class maintenance service.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 17:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
  • Conduct repairs and ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical plant and equipment.
  • Service air conditioning (AC) and fan coil units (FCU), among other tasks.
  • Tap Temperature testing.
  • Accurately update and maintain maintenance logs.
  • Report any issues and provide relevant updates promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2-3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance – Essential.

26 days annual leave + Bank Holidays. Employer pension contributions of 3%. Overtime opportunities. Progression opportunities.
