We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer to join our team, based in EC2A, London.
As a Maintenance Shift Engineer, your expertise and dedication to your craft will be paramount in contributing to the overall success of our team.
This is a full-time position and the scheduled working hours are from Monday to Sunday from 07:00am to 19:00pm.
Our engineers are key to our business and our client relationships. In this role, you need to not only be able to deliver the best maintenance and repair service but also go above and beyond to ensure our clients experience an excellent partnering relationship with Platinum Facilities.
Example of Shift Hours:
- Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. (all shifts are 7am-7pm)
- Week 2 – Wednesday & Thursday. (all shifts are 7am-7pm)
The Key Duties of this role are:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete relevant documentation.
- Carry out all reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete relevant documentation.
- Proactively reduce energy consumption.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level II or equivalent in Mechanical discipline (desirable).
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level III or equivalent in Electrical discipline (desirable).
- Experience of maintenance, testing, and fault finding on a variety of equipment.
- Knowledge of and experience in BMS/Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS L8 (desirable).
- Strong understanding of FM, Compliance, and PPMs.
