We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to students and helping them excel in their academic pursuits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with enquiries related to their academic programmes, extracurricular activities, and other aspects of student life.
  • Calling all prospective students who have enquired.
  • Ensuring you are hitting KPIs and targets set.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for students.
  • Provide guidance on navigating the university system, resources, and policies.
  • Offer support with time management, study skills, and stress management techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in student support services.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong sales experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • A genuine interest and passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
