My client is a leading Commercial Design and Build firm who is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager. The client specialises in the Design and build of high end office fitouts, and is looking to expand its ever growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction phase
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering OR a related field.
- Experience in MEP management, preferably in Commercial fitout construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
