Operate an established cleaning brand in your region. Full systems, training and ongoing support. Realistic six-figure earning potential in Year 1. We're a Manchester-headquartered cleaning company with a proven track record across Greater Manchester. With operations established in our home market, we are now expanding nationally and appointing one Territory Manager per region across the UK to operate the brand in their area. This is a self-employed opportunity for a driven individual who wants the income and autonomy of running their own operation, supported by an established brand, proven systems and direct mentorship from the founder.
You will run the operation in your territory. We provide the brand, the infrastructure, the training and the ongoing support. You retain the value you generate.
Earning potentialOur Manchester operation generated over £100,000 in its first 12 months of trading using the exact systems, sales playbook and processes you’ll be trained on. With a defined exclusive territory, full brand support, and direct mentorship from day one, a committed Territory Manager has a realistic path to similar Year 1 numbers — and significantly more from Year 2 onwards as recurring contracts compound. What you actually earn depends entirely on you, your effort, and how consistently you apply the systems.
The role:
- Operating the brand across your assigned postcodes — domestic, end‑of‑tenancy and commercial cleaning
- Securing new clients through direct outreach, local marketing and the proven sales systems we’ll train you on
- Recruiting, onboarding and managing your team of self‑employed cleaners
- Quoting work, scheduling jobs, and maintaining the standards that protect both your reputation and ours
- Building and retaining a recurring client base in your territory
- Full brand setup including a dedicated territory page on our website, Google Business Profile, branded email, social media presence and uniform
- A complete training programme — the proven playbook we used to generate over £100k in our first year in Manchester, covering commercial contract acquisition, profitable pricing, cleaner recruitment, and client management
- Access to our CRM, scheduling, quoting and invoicing systems
- Ongoing 1-to-1 mentorship and regular strategy calls with the founder
- A defined exclusive territory — clearly mapped postcodes with no internal competition
- Sales scripts, marketing templates, supplier contacts, and our pricing frameworks
- Standards audits and quality support to protect the brand reputation in your area
- Driven, commercially‑minded operator prepared to graft in the first six months
- Confident communicator — comfortable speaking with clients in person, on the phone, and over email
- Reliable, presentable, with a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Genuine self‑employed mindset — accountable, organised, and ownership‑driven
- Cleaning experience is useful but not essential — work ethic, commercial instinct and reliability matter more
- Able and willing to register as a sole trader or limited company — we’ll support you through that process
- A modest upfront investment in your territory will be required, fully detailed at Discovery Call stage. This is to ensure mutual commitment and to fund your full setup
We’ve spent years refining our systems and building Manchester into a recognised local operation generating six figures. Rather than rolling out city‑by‑city ourselves, we’re partnering with one operator per territory to expand the brand nationally. Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, Nottingham, London, Bristol, Newcastle, Glasgow and more are all open right now. The first wave of Territory Managers will receive founding partner status, priority on the most desirable territories, and direct mentorship from the founder — advantages that won’t exist once the network reaches scale.
What this is NOT:- Not employment — this is genuinely self‑employed
- Not a get‑rich‑quick scheme
- Not a guaranteed‑income offer — what you generate depends entirely on you and your effort
- Not suitable for anyone who wants to be managed day‑to‑day
If this fits, send a short message including your background and why this interests you, the UK city or region you’d want to operate, when you’d realistically be ready to start.
