In this commission-based, independent contractor role, you will use your extensive network and industry insights to connect sophisticated investors with our clients, helping them secure the funding critical to their growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Sophisticated Investors: Utilise your network to scout and vet investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors aligned with our clients’ strategic goals.
• Facilitate High-Impact Introductions: Arrange and participate in meetings between investors and clients, offering essential support to ensure successful connections.
• Market Insights: Stay informed of industry trends to provide valuable insights that shape our clients’ strategic decisions.
• Report Successes: Submit regular reports detailing your activities, progress on potential investments, and feedback from investors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in entrepreneurship, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or related fields, with experience in raising capital or facilitating investment deals.
• Strong Network: A robust network within the investment community, including connections with sophisticated investors and financial institutions in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, and MENA region.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and communicate complex financial information effectively.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environments within the UAE and GCC.

This role is focused on facilitating introductions between sophisticated investors and clients, providing support in non-regulated aspects of capital raising. As an independent contractor, you will not provide regulated financial services (such as investment advice or deal structuring) unless appropriately licensed under UK law.

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations in compliance with UK laws. This role’s non-exclusive nature allows you to maintain other professional engagements, provided no conflicts of interest arise. You must ensure all activities conducted in the UK comply with local legal, regulatory, and cultural standards.
