About The Team
The Treasury Accountant is part of the Group Treasury team within the wider Finance function. The team is responsible for all Treasury policies and processes across the group including cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt management, banking relations and fx management. This role sits within a team of three Treasury professionals reporting into the Treasury Manager.
About The Role
As Treasury Accountant you will play a crucial role in all Treasury operations and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Cash forecasting & liquidity management
• Securitisation facility reporting
• Month end journal processing and reporting on debt, interest, fx & cash
• Debt facility management ensuring compliance with facility terms
• TMS maintenance
• Managing FX exposures and executing hedging strategies where appropriate
• Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with banking partners
• Cash management and initiation of transfers and payments
• Bank administration including user management, purchasing cards and ensuring mandates are kept up to date
• Support on Group and SPV statutory annual audits and Securitisation field exams/AUP audits
• Supporting adhoc projects and initiatives across the business

What do I need to be successful in this role?
• Treasury professional or accounting qualification (ACT/ACCA/CIMA or equiv.)
• Previous experience in a corporate Treasury environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Efficient multitasker
• Self-starter
• Advanced Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
