PXC is driving a full fibre revolution across the UK wholesale connectivity market. As the supplier strategy leader, you will own and grow relationships with the key connectivity, value‑add and off‑net partners that underpin PXC’s end‑to‑end network.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day commercial relationships with Openreach, Alt‑net, off‑net and OTT suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deals and offers that maximise value for PXC.
- Optimise the commercial position for PXC at every opportunity, reducing cost of doing business (COG).
- Monitor performance against contractual terms, deals and offers, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide input into supplier consultation and exchange exit documentation.
- Work collaboratively with commercial, finance, network and strategy teams to deliver the S&P priorities.
Qualifications
- Commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to deliver optimal outcomes for PXC.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience of negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present recommendations to senior stakeholders for approval.
- Ability to assimilate complex information and simplify it for others, including legal, contractual and regulatory documentation.
- Strong financial statement, KPI and commercial KPI knowledge (P&L, cash flow, etc.).
- Experience of dealing with external ideally a commercial context.
