The Role
Reporting to: Associate Director
Location: Warrington (in-office)
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships and generating new business across the construction and engineering sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and market mapping
- Building relationships with decision-makers across construction and engineering businesses
- Conducting client meetings both on-site and at head offices
- Identifying live projects and recruitment requirements
- Negotiating commercial terms and rates
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Working closely with our resourcing team to deliver outstanding service and successful placements
- Maintaining accurate records and activity through our CRM system (Recruitly)
