Salary: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour + overtime + van + call-out
We’re working with a growing building services contractor delivering reactive and planned works across major retail and commercial clients nationwide. Due to increased workload, they’re looking to bring in experienced Multi-Trade Engineers to support ongoing works across the North. This is a mobile role, working across sites including retail, logistics and leisure environments.
Role responsibilities:
- General building fabric maintenance
- Basic joinery, repairs and installations
- Ceiling and partition works
- Flooring uplift and minor groundworks
- Reactive call-outs and planned repair works
No two days are the same, this role suits someone who’s used to being out on the road and happy turning their hand to a variety of jobs.
Requirements:
- Multi-trade background (joinery-biased ideal but not essential)
- Experience in reactive maintenance or site-based work
- CSCS card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to travel and working hours
Package:
- £14.00 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Company van, fuel card and uniform provided
- Paid door-to-door travel
- Overtime regularly available
- On-call rota (1 in 7) with standby payment (£150) + enhanced rates
