About the Role
Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional looking to grow beyond post-sales and transition into a strategic pre-sales role? We’re looking for a talented Post-Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect who is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes while gradually expanding their footprint into technical pre-sales engagements.

What You'll Be Doing
- Post-Sales Delivery & Implementation (Core Focus)
- Lead technical onboarding, deployment, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-contract, ensuring seamless solution adoption
- Design and deliver integrated security architectures tailored to client environments
- Apply hands-on expertise across NGFW, SASE, AI Security, SecOps, and Cloud Security
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams
What We're Looking For
Experience- 5–8 years of experience in post-sales engineering, implementation, or technical consulting
- Background in security vendors, system integrators, or managed service providers (MSPs)
- Exposure to or interest in transitioning into pre-sales or solutions architecture roles
- Solid understanding of network security principles and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies (Certification is a plus), Cortex XSIAM/XDR, XSOAR, SIEM and related SecOps tools
- Proven experience deploying and managing network and security solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and architect security environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
- Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Eagerness to develop business acumen and consultative selling skills
