With a strong pipeline of secured projects, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role within the commercial team. The role:
- Take full commercial responsibility from enquiry through to final account
- Produce and manage monthly CVRs and financial reporting
- Oversee cost control, budgets, and project profitability
- Manage contract documentation, negotiations, and compliance (NEC)
- Lead on applications, valuations, and cash flow management
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior surveyors within the team
