TPL is partnering with an independent development consultancy to identify a Development Lead. This is a hybrid role with the head office based in Birmingham. As a result of an internal promotion, the business is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to lead the Development division, working with existing and new clients to deliver regeneration and infrastructure projects nationally.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing & supporting a team of surveyors.
- Principal client contact for new and existing projects.
- As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic business decision making.
- Business generation.
- Budget control.
- APC support & training to surveyors looking to pursue RICS chartered status.
To be considered you will:
- Have more than 10 years property experience.
- Be a Chartered Surveyor (preferably at least 5 years post qualification experience).
- Have a good understanding of Land Assembly principles and Landlord & Tenant legislation.
- Have a proven track record in property transactions & people management.
