What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account
- Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting
- Procuring and managing subcontractors and supplier relationships
- Supporting contract administration and commercial negotiations
- Working closely with site and operational teams to monitor progress and costs
- Identifying risks and commercial opportunities across projects
