Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
2. Manage patient records and insurance information
3. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns

Treatment Planning:

1. Assist dentists in explaining treatment plans to patients
2. Answer questions about treatment options, costs, and financing
3. Coordinate treatment plans and referrals
4. Process insurance claims and handle patient payments
5. Manage practice revenue and expenses

Qualifications:

1. Dental assisting experience preferred
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in dental software and technology
5. A positive and can-do attitude
