The Impact You’ll Make:
Platformation is looking for a Project Manager to operate at the intersection of data, technology and client delivery during a key phase of growth and evolution. This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility across project delivery, data analysis and client management. You will work across multiple data streams and analytical workflows, helping transform complex sponsorship and media data into clear, commercially meaningful insight. Alongside delivering client projects, you will contribute to the development of Platformation’s technology-led platform - working closely with technical and commercial stakeholders to support innovation, reporting and system development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver sponsorship valuation and media analysis projects across multiple clients
- Own end-to-end data workflows, including collection, validation, cleaning and preparation
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, insights and commercial opportunities
- Develop dashboards, visualisations and structured reports for internal and client-facing use
- Support the training, execution and validation of analytical models
- Work across multiple data sources, including media monitoring, social media and market research datasets
- Create client presentations and support workshops and project delivery meetings
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact across projects
- Collaborate with technical teams to support platform and workflow development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, reporting and operational processes
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insight
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Experience working across structured data workflows and analytical processes
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and client-facing approach, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Interest in technology-led environments, analytics or AI-driven workflows
- Degree in a numerate, analytical or technical discipline
- Interest in sport, sponsorship or media is advantageous
