THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing & Branding team across all sites and channels. You will be given real responsibility from day one and work closely with the Marketing Executives and Marketing Manager, as well as the Operations & Commercial Director and other senior stakeholders across the business. This is a true 360° role in a fast-paced and growing business, with a high level of exposure, including to investors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Marketing
- Work with colleagues and our marketing agency to analyse data on performance of campaigns, generate new ideas, and conduct tests to improve cost per click, cost per acquisition, and overall return on investment.
- Lead on managing and updating property portals, including Rightmove, to generate the maximum number of enquiries from people who want to rent our apartments.
- Create content for our website, and update pricing, news articles, blog posts and other elements.
- Assist with building and scheduling marketing email campaigns, and carry out monthly CRM data cleanses.
- Drive adoption of AI tools across the business, including for our staff and residents.
- Social Media
- Create and post content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels with support from Marketing Executives.
- Manage responses from our customers and prospects across all channels helping us to rent more apartments.
- Resident Engagement
- Support our teams at each location to create and deliver an engaging events programme for our residents.
- Travel to sites around the UK as required to meet teams, help run events and gather feedback from residents.
- Implement feedback initiatives, including mystery shops, surveys (NPS) and reviews (Google, Homeviews).
- Coordinate resident loyalty scheme, including speaking to partners and promoting to residents.
- Manage resident-specific channels, such as Facebook groups, Google business, Yardi apps and portals.
- Design & PR
- Assist Marketing Executives with creating posters, handouts, leaflets, and other materials.
- Contribute to PR roadmap, including drafting of releases, award submissions, etc.
- Marketing Support
- Contribute to delivering our company Nurturing Neighbourhoods ESG targets.
- Respond to general enquiries received via email and other channels, and liaise with colleagues to action.
- Support with the creation of internal and external reporting.
- Manage invoicing process, including obtaining from suppliers, and updating the finance team.

- Passionate about property, and delivering a market-leading customer experience within the Build-to-Rent sector.
- Highly organised self-starter who is adept at working with multiple stakeholders and driving projects to conclusion.
- Degree in Marketing, or other relevant subject.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptive approach to ensure the achievement of changing priorities and objectives.
- Creative and idea-driven, with knowledge of using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress and similar tools.
- Innovative with a positive attitude towards embracing new technology, such as AI.
