Purpose
The role of the HR Business Partner is to support the Head of People & Learning in contributing to the delivery of strategic HR interventions, providing advice and support to the business and its employees across the employee lifecycle and ensuring that all people related risks are minimised to enable delivery of the Platform4 business plan.
Accountabilities
- Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy to enable the business to maximise the value of its human resource
- Act as a HR representative throughout key business changes
- Advise managers on HR related issues to develop their team to the required standards and minimise HR and legal risk
- Ensure current advice and guidance is disseminated to managers
- Provide support to the Head of People & Learning on employee relations issues
- Act as liaison for HR related issues, both internally and with external partners i.e for payroll, pensions, benefits etc
- Model the Platform4 behaviours and values at all times – Can-Do, Collaborative, Pioneering & Responsible
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in generalist HR
- Experience in supporting organisational change
- Level 5 CIPD minimum
- Ability to prioritise effectively in busy periods
