My client is a UK-based medical device manufacturer specialising in the design and production of advanced medical imaging and diagnostic systems used in clinical environments. They are looking for an innovative Electronics Engineer to join their growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware: schematic capture, PCB design/layout, prototyping, and testing.
- Deliver end-to-end product development (concept - specification - PCB - production).
- Ensure compliance with medical device standards (ISO 13485, EN60601).
- Test and validate hardware using lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyser, etc.).
- Collaborate with firmware teams on board bring-up and STM32-based systems.
Skills & Experience
- Electronics hardware design experience.
- Strong PCB design skills (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or EAGLE).
- Experience with SPICE simulation and power analysis tools (e.g., Keysight).
- Experience with STM32 firmware (C/C++) preferred.
- Medical Device or Automotive experience preferred.
