Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Assembly Team Leader to lead their assembly operations and drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with a passion for Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading people to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct daily team briefings covering production targets.
Experience Required:
- Experience within a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience leading production or assembly teams.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools - 5S, TPM, Kaizen, 8 Wastes and 5 Why problem solving.
- Experience using IFS or another MRP/ERP manufacturing system.
