We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an innovative technology company based in Fareham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving and developing quality systems within a growing business focused on cutting-edge hardware, software and firmware products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the company’s Quality Assurance systems alongside the engineering team
  • Act as the lead contact for QA-related customer activities including pre-sales support, certifications, production quality and failure analysis
  • Support audits, management reviews and customer feedback processes, ensuring actions are completed effectively
  • Maintain and improve the Business Management System and associated documentation
  • Prepare and manage internal and external audit schedules
  • Create, revise and maintain procedures, forms and work instructions
  • Prepare quality documentation, reports and statistical analysis

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • ISO 9001 accreditation and strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Experience implementing and developing quality or business management systems
  • Proven experience leading internal and external QA audits
  • ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation
  • Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
