Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Slough £My client is a growing global manufacturing company and is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. They are a leader in providing power quality products across the globe and want an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join their expanding UK team! Design and oversee electrical and power electronics products and systems and test as well as bring them into production. To design new automatic voltage regulation and power quality products and develop existing designs. To create new automatic voltage regulation and power quality products Power transformer design Over 5 years of Industrial electronic and electrical experience. Experience with selecting and sizing electrical components, including, cables, circuit breakers and switchgear. Power Electronic Device Experience with thyristors, triacs, MOSFETs, or IGBTs. Transformer design experience is advantageous. Electromechanical CAD experience is a plus. The salary for this position will be circa £43,000 - £46,000 depending on experience.
