Our client is looking to strengthen its visibility and reputation in the UK market and is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to support this ambition. This role will be responsible for developing clear and compelling messaging for sophisticated, precision-led technologies that combine advanced hardware and software capabilities. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to shaping corporate narrative, managing UK media engagement in partnership with an external PR agency, and delivering high-quality events.
The role will focus on building strong relationships with customers, partners, and influential stakeholders across the UK’s advanced technology and innovation landscape, helping to position the organisation as a credible and trusted leader in its sector.
The Role:
- Lead UK-specific messaging and narrative, translating complex topics into clear, credible communications that align with global positioning.
- Enable and support UK media engagement in partnership with an external PR agency, including content development, spokesperson preparation, and reactive communications.
- Plan and deliver high-quality UK events and briefings, using them to build relationships and generate reusable communications assets.
- Collaborate closely with global marketing and communications teams, ensuring UK activity aligns with wider priorities and feeding local insights into global strategy.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing communications, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
- Proven ability to develop clear, compelling messaging and narrative, translating complex subjects into accessible communications.
- Experience working effectively with media and PR agencies, including spokesperson preparation and development of press materials.
- Demonstrated experience planning and delivering high-quality external events, managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
