Title: Software Team Lead/Scrum Master

Role
- Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers within an Agile environment
- Acting Scrum Master
- Assign and break down tasks, remove blockers and ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Work closely with technical and product teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work
- There will be a small element of C++ within this role
- Play a key role in the future growth of the business
About you
- Some C++ development experience within a software or engineering environment
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience leading a team
- Background in CAE, CAD, simulation or engineering software would be beneficial
- Mechanical, aerospace, engineering or software engineering experience is desirable, though a degree is not essential but ideal
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A natural leader with a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering
