A growing communications technology business is seeking a Repairs Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Cambridge Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repair services in line with SLAs and KPIs, while leading and developing a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and performance manage the repairs team
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs and business targets
- Act as the main customer contact for repair services and escalations
- Manage workflow, capacity planning, and repair centre costs
- Maintain compliance across health & safety, quality, and security standards
- Drive process improvements and support new product introductions
- Liaise with internal departments and regional repair partners
Requirements
- Electronics qualification (minimum ONC or equivalent)
- Experience supervising teams within an electronics repair or manufacturing environment
- Strong customer-facing B2B experience
- Experience managing SLAs and service workflows within an ERP system
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and organised
- Full driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel
