An international satellite communications company is expanding their UK operations; it\’s involved in various missions, including OneWeb, a rival to Elon Musk\’s Starlink. They\’re looking for a IC Quality Manager to ensure that traceability, compliance, and quality processes are embedded across the full design flow of their bespoke complex ASICs. Responsibilities * Own and drive all Quality and Process initiatives in line with aerospace and semiconductor industry standards. * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Engineers to deliver quality objectives and ensure full compliance. * Collaborate closely with Architecture, Analog, Digital Design, Verification, DFT, Software, Validation, Packaging, and Manufacturing teams to uphold quality standards and verify that all design and process changes meet reliability and compliance requirements. * Continuously assess and improve processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the semiconductor industry, ideally covering mixed-signal or aerospace applications. * Strong knowledge of end-to-end VLSI flows, including architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing. * Familiarity with aerospace or automotive quality and traceability standards.
