Our client is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing and installation projects, from order confirmation through to final client delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, including design collaboration, production planning, installation, and final client delivery.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and internal departments to maintain effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Develop, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and risk analyses.
- Organise and coordinate site inspections and pre-installation activities, ensuring site access, health and safety compliance, and readiness are in place.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in leading teams and coordinating projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Experience with ERP platforms and digital content management systems is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and effectively.
