Role Requirements:
- Lead the design, validation, and troubleshooting of power electronics systems
- Work directly with customers to support projects and resolve technical challenges
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver clear technical guidance
- Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
- Benefit from ongoing technical and leadership development opportunities
- Coordinate and oversee contributions from less experienced team members
Key Skills Required:
- Experience with the design of switch-mode power supply units (Rectifiers, AC/DC converters, TRs)
- PCB design & layout experience (schematic capture/generation)
- Experience with simulation
- Experience with Circuit Design
