I’m currently recruiting for an RF Engineer to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business working on cutting-edge projects across the RF, microwave and millimetre-wave space. This is a great opportunity for an RF Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing advanced technology solutions, and working on R&D-led programmes for a range of specialist clients.

The Role

As an RF Engineer, you’ll be involved in the research, design, development and delivery of leading-edge RF technologies. You’ll help understand client requirements, propose innovative technical solutions, and communicate your approach through both verbal updates and formal technical documentation.

Key Experience

  • At least 2 years’ post-graduate engineering experience
  • Skills in one or more of the following areas:
    • RF, microwave or millimetre-wave sensor design
    • Software Defined Radio and RF implementation
    • Prototype and pre-production equipment development
    • Requirements and design documentation
    • Planning and executing technical trials
    • Modern communication technologies
    • AI techniques for RF sensor data extraction

Strong communication skills are important, as you’ll be working closely with clients to understand requirements and present effective solutions.
