My client is a well-established global engineering business with a growing presence across global markets. They are expanding their team and are looking for a technically minded individual to join their business in Newmarket.
You will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams and other departments providing:
- Pre-sales technical support
- Internal technical support
- Post-sales technical support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
- Review and interpret engineering specifications and understand customer application requirements
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions where appropriate
- Take ownership of nominated key accounts with more complex technical requirements
- Manage complex customer orders through the business, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
