Our client is looking for a people-focused graduate to join the team and provide dedicated support across attraction, selection, and programme management for their internship and graduate schemes.
What You'll Do
- Help plan and deliver campus events – careers fairs, insight evenings, virtual presentations
- Coordinate logistics for university partnerships, including travel, event materials, and manage application tracking and candidate communications, ensuring a timely, positive experience at every stage
- Schedule and coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and online testing, liaising with candidates, assessors, and venues
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics for our internship and graduate programmes – onboarding, rotations, socials, quarterly reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for interns and graduates, offering pastoral support and escalating issues where needed
What We're Looking For
- A minimum 2:1 from a leading research-intensive university, with a minimum AAA at A Level (or international equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills – warm, clear, and professional, whether in writing or in person
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once
- Experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services, or student union work is a strong plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS is helpful but not essential
