This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the next generation of sensing and autonomy technologies. They are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to develop new products.
Responsibilities:
- Design mixed-signal PCBs for advanced sensing systems.
- Support antenna design simulations and testing.
- Manage build packs and respond to queries from PCB and assembler suppliers.
- Contribute to innovative solutions involving drones and autonomous sensing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in both digital and analogue electronic circuit design.
- Proficiency in Altium tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Experience using HFSS to model high-frequency PCB antennas.
- CAD experience for 3D printing and mechanical design.
Bonus skills for a Hardware Design Engineer:
- Experience with K-band and/or W-band radar antennas and PCBs.
- Knowledge of Automotive radar SoC devices in high-frequency bands.
- Embedded coding in C or Python to support hardware bring-up.
- EMC pre-compliance and compliance testing experience in a lab.
