They are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in delivering robust and thoroughly tested mechanical solutions across the full development cycle - from concept to production. The successful candidate will take ownership of mechanical development within new product introduction, leading activities from requirements capture and 3D CAD design through to prototyping, validation, and integration.
Key Duties:
+ Develop new products - concept to production
+ Create innovative CAD designs
+ Prototype, test & validate designs
+ Mechanism & component design
+ Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
+ Work with production to solve technical issues
Key Requirements:
+ Background in special purpose machinery, automation, or capital equipment
+ Proven experience managing end-to-end product development
+ Expertise in 3D CAD design (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor)
